Adam is the Product & Automation Engineer at IQ Capital, where he builds the automation and AI tools that run on the firm's data platform. He owns the firm's data governance and integrations, and leads on its data and AI tooling strategy across the business, from deal sourcing and diligence through portfolio management, fund operations and LP reporting.

Prior to IQ Capital, Adam was Operations Associate and AI Champion at Octopus Ventures, where he led the firm's adoption of AI and automation, working across business and data operations to support the investment and portfolio teams. Before that, he worked in fund operations and automation at Gaingels in New York, supporting the launch and reporting of 13 VC funds.
