Louise supports Investor Relations at IQ Capital, focusing on fundraising activities, investor communications, and relationship management across funds. She brings significant experience in investor relations and fundraising, having managed complex projects and supported capital raising efforts through targeted research, investor identification, due diligence, and strategic communications.

Before joining IQ Capital, Louise was Investor Relations Manager at Inspired Evolution, where she focused on the project management of fundraising activities for the Evolution III Fund—dedicated to net-zero clean energy transition and climate finance impact across Africa.

Earlier in her career, she spent four years within Investor Relations teams in venture capital at Dawn Capital and Balderton Capital, as well as in private equity at The Carlyle Group, working across fundraising, investor communications, reporting, roadshows, and project management.
