Coco is a Research Associate at IQ Capital, where she sources and evaluates early-stage companies across sectors. With a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge and operator experience building a medtech venture in dementia diagnostics, she brings a practical, health-focused perspective to the investment team.

Prior to IQ, Coco was a Senior Research Fellow jointly appointed between UCL and the University of Cambridge. She led teams at the intersection of digital health innovation and systems engineering, focused on improving technology adoption within healthcare systems.

Coco has secured over £2.5m in competitive research funding, including a 2023 Schmidt Science Fellowship, one of only 32 awarded globally each year.Coco takes a people-first approach to investing, shaped by her experience in high-performance team sports and her strong interest in organisational psychology, team dynamics, and the drivers of sustained performance.
